Booking and Cancellation 

• When booking a session, recheck your commitments and calendar so you are committed to showing up in session at the scheduled time. This is an important step in your healing.

• Payments to be made 24 hours within 24 hours of scheduling a call.

• For a rare case of cancellation or rescheduling, a session can be rescheduled 24 hours ahead for a full refund or rescheduling. For late cancellations, there is no refund.

• The introductory call serves as a chance to access compatibility. I want you to feel empowered to commit to what serves your needs best. Once the commitment is made to a coaching package, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellation of the package after the first call, 50% refund

  • Cancellation of the package after the second call, 25 % refund

  • Cancellation of the package after the third call, no refund

• In case your coach has to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund and as much notice as possible.
