Cancellation Policy

When booking a session, recheck your personal commitments and calendar so you are committed to showing up in session at the scheduled time. This is an important step in your healing.

For a rare case of cancellation or reschedule, a session can be rescheduled 24 hours ahead for a full refund or reschedule. If a cancellation happens under 24 hours, there will be a 50% refund.

Incase your coach has to cancel session, you will receive a full refund and as much notice as possible.
